Existing LPP 6 - Child Care Facilities Within Residential Areas has been revised to bring it into line with current legislative requirements, include provisions related to Family Day Care and provide robust criteria for the assessment of proposed Child Care Premises.
Status: LPP 5 was revoked at Ordinary Council Meeting of 11 December 2018
Existing LPP 5 - Mixed Residential/Commercial Development has been reviewed and consolidated to form part of proposed Draft Revised LPP4 - Mixed Use Development and Residential Uses in Non-Residential Areas.
Status: Closed and adopted at Ordinary Council Meeting of 11 December 2018
Existing LPP 4 - Residential Uses in Non-Residential Areas and LPP5 - Mixed Residential/Commercial Development have been reviewed and consolidated to form proposed Draft Revised LPP4 - Mixed Use Development and Residential Uses in Non-Residential Areas.
Status: Closed and adopted at Ordinary Council Meeting of 11 December 2018
Existing LPP 3 - Non-Residential Uses In or Adjacent to Residential Areas has been revised to provide clearer provisions for non-residential uses and contribute to improved streetscape and amenity outcomes where they are proposed in or adjacent to residential areas.
Status: LPP 1 was revoked at Ordinary Council Meeting of 14 December 2018
Existing LPP 1 - Public Notification/Advertising Procedure has been reviewed with the majority of its provisions being found to be superseded by those of Draft Revised LPP 37 - Communiy Consultation on Planning Proposals.
