Revised Local Planning Policy 3 - Non-Residential Uses In or Adjacent to Residential Areas

Local Planning Policy (LPP) 3 - Non-Residential Uses In or Adjacent to Residential Areas has been revised to provide clearer provisions for non-residential uses and contribute to improved streetscape and amenity outcomes where they are proposed in or adjacent to residential areas.

The final outcomes of the consultation process and the recommended adoption of revised LPP 3 were considered at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 11 December 2018. At this meeting Council resolved to formally adopt amended LPP 3.
