Revocation of Local Planning Policy 5 - Mixed Residential/Commercial Development
Consultation has concluded
Local Planning Policy (LPP) 5 - Mixed Residential/Commercial Development has been reviewed and consolidated to form part of proposed Draft Revised LPP4 - Mixed Use Development and Residential Uses in Non-Residential Areas.
The consolidation of LPPs 4 and 5 means that existing LPP5 is redundant and was therefore proposed to be revoked.
The final outcomes of the consultation process and the recommended adoption of revised LPP 4 were considered at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 11 December 2018. At this meeting Council resolved to formally adopt amended LPP 4 and to revoke LPP 5.
Further details can be found in the OCM Minutes of 11 December 2018, contained in the Document Library.
