Differential rates for the year ending 30 June 2021

Consultation has concluded

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the intention by the Town of Victoria Park to adopt the following rates in the dollar for Gross Rental Value and minimum payments for each of the following differential categories in the 2020-2021 financial year.

  • Residential – Gross Rental Value. Rate in the dollar minimum payment 9.88 cents $1,233
  • Non-residential – Gross Rental Value. Rate in the dollar minimum payment 10.44 cents $1,282

Submissions made by an elector or a ratepayer in respect of the proposed rates, and any related matter, must be submitted in writing and address to the Chief Executive Offer by 5pm on Friday 3 July 2020 by one of the following:
