The Town has received a development application for Amendment to Development Approval. The application proposes an external addition consisting of a metal cage to house CO2 canisters to be used in relation to the brewery. The proposal also seeks approval for the retrospective modification of the Outdoor Alfresco Area

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Car Parking - The retrospective modification to the outdoor dining area increases the existing car parking shortfall of 51 bays on the site. The retrospective modification to the outdoor dining area, in addition to the unchanged indoor dining area and light industry area, generates a car parking shortfall of 66 bays, which results in an increase of the existing car parking shortfall by 15 bays.
