The Albany Highway Precinct Structure Plan (AHPSP) will guide the implementation of a bold, community-led vision for the Victoria Park Secondary Centre. It aims to transform the precinct into a network of distinct, diverse, sustainable, and loveable places that maintain a strong local focus while appealing to the wider region.
The AHPSP contains a range of objectives across six key areas – urban ecology, urban structure, public realm, movement, land use and built form. Each of these areas sets out specific goals and development requirements that will shape how the precinct evolves over time to meet the community’s vision.
We invite you to share your feedback on a few key proposals, as well as your overall impressions of the Precinct Structure Plan.
If you haven’t already, please review the Precinct Structure Plan and supporting documents before completing the following survey. We recommend having the Precinct Structure Plan open while completing the survey, as there are page number references throughout.
Not all questions are mandatory, so you are welcome to skip to the overall feedback questions at the end if you prefer to provide brief comments.
