Rutland Avenue Street Alignment Local Law revision

Consultation has concluded

The Town of Victoria Park is undertaking a review of the Rutland Avenue Streel Alignment Local Law 1997.

The purpose of the local law is to provide uniform cadastral boundaries along the Rutland Avenue road reserve.

The local law can be viewed online here, or a copy can be inspected at the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road Victoria Park.

Under section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995, local governments are required to review their local laws every eight years.

Feedback can be submitted in a number of ways:
