The Town of Victoria Park has received a masterplan prepared by Chaney Architecture on behalf of Juniper for the Rowethorpe Village located at No. 4-10 (Lot 4) Hayman Road and No. 145-165 (Lot 5) Hill View Terrace, Bentley.

The Town of Victoria Park is looking at staggered parking to improve the usability and safety for current and future users of Cargill Street.

There are four parcels of land in Carlisle/East Victoria Park known as ‘Miller’s Crossing’ which are owned by the Department of Planning. In 2012, the Town asked WA Planning Commission to zone the land as ‘Parks and Recreation Reserve’. The Victoria Park Arts Season(External link) is in its third year and is facilitated across the Town of Victoria Park during April 2018. The diverse program will appeal to a wide community audience and encourage many different groups to appreciate the arts together.

The Town of Victoria Park explored a range of opportunities and strategies to provide the Victoria Park Xavier Hockey Club (VPXHC) with a synthetic turf hockey field to complement the grass hockey fields they train and play on.
