    Levels of service are essentially the services that the Town delivers to the community, and are a crucial part of the Evolve project. Our community needs to understand the different levels of service to give us the feedback we need to plan for the future. In order to effectively provide the desired services, the Town needs to have a good understanding of what the community needs.

  • The Good Day Out Sustainability Fair

    The Town of Victoria Park, together with local community groups, was looking to organise a sustainability-focused event to coincide with the national Garage Sale Trail. Consultation included expressions of interest and a call for ideas.

    The new Public Health Act 2016 requires all local governments to develop a local Public Health Plan. This engagement was conducted to help inform the Town’s Public Health Plan.

  • Lathlain Park Management Plan

    The Town has been engaging with the community on the Lathlain Precinct Redevelopment Project since 2013 and sought input from residents to help develop the Lathlain Park Management Plan. The Plan sets the overall principles for the use and future development of Lathlain Park.

  • Safer Neighbourhoods Plan

    The Town of Victoria Park was developing a new Safer Neighbourhoods Plan and needed to know the priority areas of the community. Several consultation methods were implemented to gather this information.

  • Town of Victoria Park Booking System

    The Town explored the need for an online booking system to make it as easy and convenient as possible for the public to make bookings for all sorts of things including parks, Council facilities, events, swimming lanes and fitness programs.

  • New Town Website

    The Town of Victoria Park is now redeveloping its corporate website. The Town's current website is built on old technology and will become obsolete in the near future so we took this opportunity to ask what our community wanted from their Council website.
