Consultation Outcomes are Now Available - February 2018

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the consultation process!

Feedback from the various communication channels during the public consultation in November and December 2017 has now been collated and reviewed in order to develop a concept for the detailed design.

Individual reports have been prepared for each street, which details feedback from the two community workshops and what the recommended outcome is. A plan showing a concept design for each street is now available as well.

We suggest that everyone reads the first report that summarises the engagement activities, to understand how the recommendations were determined, particularly if you were unable to attend one of the community workshops.

A separate report is also attached, covering a number of wider issues raised by residents that fall outside the scope of this project. A summary of each issue is provided along with a response detailing how the Town may be tackling it through other aspects of its work.
