Draft Revised Local Planning Policy 37 - Community Consultation on Planning Proposals
Consultation has concluded
Existing Local Planning Policy (LPP) 37 'Community Consultation on Planning Proposals' has been revised to improve its format and structure, and ensure its consistency with recent amendments to the Town’s local planning scheme and the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
The review of existing LPP 37 and the Draft Revised Policy were considered by the Town's Elected Members at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 20 April 2021, where consent to advertise Draft Revised LPP 37 'Community Consultation on Planning Proposals' was granted by Council.

The Town is currently inviting public submissions on draft revised LPP 37 'Community Consultation on Planning Proposals' . Submissions close Thursday 27 May at 5pm.
