  • Visual Privacy– The Residential Design Codes prescribes minimum setback distances for unscreened major openings from boundaries in order to achieve a reasonable level of privacy. The application proposes variations as follows:
    • The cone of vision from the proposed upper Floor Master Bedroom major opening to the south western common boundary with No. 41 Canterbury Terrace vehicle accessway is proposed at 4.1m setback, in lieu of 4.5m setback as required.
