The Town has received a development application for Amendment to Development Approval for Unit 4/8 Cohn Street (Canines Unleashed) at the above-mentioned property.
The land use was approved in May 2018 by Council as an ‘Unlisted Use (animal establishment)’ and has been in operation since mid-2018. The Town has received an application requesting to amend the total number of dogs permitted on site.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following:
- Proposed number of dogs – The proposal requests to increase the number of dogs cared for at the subject unit from the approved 25 dogs to 40.
