In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
Primary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback of 3.0 metres from Tuam Street with an average setback of not less than 6.0 metres. The application proposes a setback to Tuam Street of 3.916 metres minimum and 5.53 metres average.
Lot Boundary Wall Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum setback of 6 metres from any lot boundary wall to Tuam Street. The application proposes lot boundary wall setback of 4.8 metres from a boundary wall to Tuam Street.
