  • Pursuant to Local Planning Policy 31 – Specialised Forms of Accommodation Other Than Dwellings, the car parking requirement for short term accommodationis 1 car bay for every bedroom. The proposed change of use seeks a variation tothis requirement by providing two (2) car bays in lieu of the required three(3) car bays.
