The Town has received a development application for Amendment To Development Approval at 15 Rayment Street, Lathlain.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, before Council determines this application you are invited to comment on the following:

  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the common boundary with No. 17 Rayment Street having an average height of 3.23 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
