Bentley Park Master Plan

Consultation has concluded

The Town has received a master plan prepared by Iredale Pedersen Hook and Element on behalf of SwanCare for Bentley Park located at 3-5 Allen Court, 75-79 and 85 Jarrah Road, 1 Adie Court and 127-143 Hill View Terrace, Bentley. The site comprises land bounded by Jarrah Road to the north-east; Hill View Terrace to the south-east; Rowethorpe Village (Juniper), Boronia Pre-release Facility for Women, the Corrective Services Academy (Training Facility) and a portion of Hayman Road to the South; and Polytechnic West Bentley Campus to the north-west.

The Bentley Park Master Plan provides a framework to guide the future planning and development of the Bentley Park Estate. The Master Plan includes a series of overarching estate design principles, which are intended to guide further detailed planning and implementation of the Master Plan at the precinct and site level.

This master plan is a relevant consideration for applications for development approval at Bentley Park Estate. However, the document does not bind the Town or any other authority in the consideration of applications for development approval.
