Existing Local Planning Policy (LPP) 7 - Vehicle Access to Properties Via a Right-of-Way has been reviewed and revised to improve its format and structure, and introduce new provisions for development abutting rights-of-way including building setbacks, surveillance, landscaping, lighting and fencing.

The outcomes of the consultation process and the recommended adoption of revised LPP 7 were considered at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) held on 17 March 2020. At this meeting Council resolved to formally adopt amended LPP 7.
