The Town has received a development application for Patio Addition at the above-mentioned property.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the north eastern boundary in common with 150D Carnarvon Street is proposed to have a length of approximately 14.55 metres (proposed patio and existing dwelling). The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 10.3 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
