  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall is proposed to replace the existing garage boundary wall to the north-western boundary with an average height of 3.5 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls. The existing garage wall is a length of 5.6 metres, with the proposed boundary wall being 6.03 metres in length.
