In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following:

  • Boundary Setback Other than Street Boundary - Town Planning Scheme No. 1 requires a minimum boundary setback other than street boundary of 4.5 metres. The application proposes two (2) canopy additions with a minimum setback of 3.6 metres to the eastern boundary in common with No. 24 Hayman Road, Bentley.
  • Building Height - The maximum height of the existing buildings on the subject site is 9.0 metres. The maximum height of the proposed canopy additions is approximately 10.4 metres measured from the natural ground level, which exceeds the prescribed maximum wall height of 2 storeys (7.5 metres) as permitted in accordance with Precinct Plan P13 – Curtin Precinct.
