- Proposed Use - A Place of Worship is classified as an “AA” (discretionary use) within the Industrial Area zone under Town Planning Scheme No. 1.
- Car Parking - The proposed Place of Worship requires a total of 104 car bays to be provided on-site. A total of 127 car bays are provided within the complex at 81 Briggs Street.
