In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Primary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback to a boundary wall of 6.0 metres from Temple Street. The application proposes a setback to Temple Street of 4.6 metres minimum.
  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the south-west boundary with an average height of 3.1 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
  • Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the south-east boundary is proposed to have a length of 14.7 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 13.44 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
