Length of Boundary Wall – An 8.5m long portion of boundary wall is proposed that, when considering the existing boundary wall, will result in an aggregate boundary wall length of 14.7 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 14 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls
