The Town has received a development application for Construction of Two (2) Grouped Dwellings.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Maximum/Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall is proposed to Unit 1 to the north western boundary in common with 64 Enfield Street with a maximum height of 3.6 metres and average height of 3.5 metres above natural ground level, in lieu of a maximum height of 3.5 metres and average height of 3.0 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
- Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall is proposed to Unit 2 to the south eastern boundary in common with 68 Enfield Street with an average height of 3.2 metres above natural ground level, in lieu of an average height of 3.0 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
