The Town has received a development application for additions (outbuilding) to a single house at the above mentioned property.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the south-east boundary is proposed to have a length of 5.7 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 5.2 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary walls.
- Building Height – The Residential Design Codes permit the proposed outbuilding to have a maximum ridge height of 4.2 metres. The outbuilding is proposed to have a 4.3 metre ridge height.
