- Pursuant to Local Planning Policy - Streetscape the proposed development is seeking to vary the average setback to 5.09 metres in lieu of the required 6.0 metres.
- Pursuant to Local Planning Policy - Streetscape the proposed development is seeking to vary the minimum primary street setback for a boundary wall from the required 6.0 metres to 4.5 metes.
