Primary Street Setback of Boundary Wall – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback of 6.0 metres from Star Street for boundary walls. The application proposes the following setbacks to boundary walls:

  • Boundary wall to Bedroom 1, Walk in Robe and Ensuite of Unit 1 – 6.0 metres required; 3.0 metres proposed to south-east boundary.

  • Boundary wall to Garage of Unit 1 – 6.0 metres required; 4.835 metres proposed to north-western strata boundary.

  • Boundary wall to Bedroom 1, Walk in Robe and Ensuite of Unit 2 – 6.0 metres required, 3.0 metres proposed to south-eastern strata boundary.
