Consultation has concluded
The Metro Central, Joint Development Assessment (JDAP) at its meeting on 13 July 2017, resolved that the development application comprising of Restaurant and Seven (7) Multiple Dwellings be approved at No. 953 Albany Highway, East Victoria Park, subject to conditions.
The Town has received a development application for Amendment to the approved Mixed Use Development application, comprising of a car stacker addition and minor amendments.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, before Council determines this application you are invited to comment on the following:
Building Height - The height of the approved building is to increase of the three (3) storeys with a roof top garden, measured from the natural ground level, as follows:
- Approved Development - 14.4m to top of lift shaft, 11.6m to top of building and 9.8m to the main portion of the building.
- Proposed Development - 14.792m to top of lift shaft, 11.68 to top of building and 10.57m to the main portion of the building.
