The Town has received a development application for a Two Storey Additions/Alterations to the Existing Research and Development Facility on No. 15 (Lot 25) Brodie-Hall Drive, Bentley.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Building Height - The maximum height of existing buildings on the subject site is 8.965metres. The height of the proposed two (2) storey building addition is approximately 9 metres measured from the natural ground level, which exceeds the prescribed maximum wall height of 2 storeys (7.5 metres) as permitted in accordance with Precinct Plan P13 – Curtin Precinct.
