Consultation has concluded
The Town has received a development application for change of use to consulting rooms (massage).
In accordance with Local Planning Policy – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Car Parking - The proposed Consulting rooms proposes to increase the existing car parking shortfall of 8 bays on the site. The proposed Consulting rooms proposes a car parking shortfall of 9 bays, which results in an increase of the existing car parking shortfall by 1 bays.

How can I comment?
Any comments you wish to make on the proposal are to be submitted by close of business 11 July 2018, by one of the following:
