The Town has received a development application for a retrospective addition to a dividing fence (trellis).
In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the common boundary with No. 36 Sussex Street, with an average height of 3.4 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3.0 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
- Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the common boundary with No. 36 Sussex Street, is proposed to have a length of 33 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 20.8 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
