The Town has received a development application for Additions (Decking to existing shop). The application proposes to replace 2 on-site car bays with a decking area within the lot boundaries
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Car Parking - The proposed development proposes a car parking shortfall of 14 bays on the site due to the additional 63.5m2 of external private sit down dining area. The proposed development proposes the removal of 2 car parking bays, which results in a car parking shortfall of 16 bays.
