The Town has received a development application for Grouped Dwellings. The application proposes the construction of 4 new dwellings consisting of one two storey dwelling facing the street and three single storey dwellings behind. Consultation has already been conducted but due to amendments to the plans, a new variation has been proposed.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the South Western boundary with an average height of 3.33 metres above natural ground level in lieu of an average height of 3.0 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
