  • Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the western (side) boundary is proposed to have a length of 15.2 metres. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 12 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
