The Town has received a development application for Retrospective Amendment To Development Approval.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Amendment to Development Approval
This retrospective application proposes to install Colorbond screening to the upper floor air-conditioning units of the development on the subject site and remove Condition No. 10 of development approval granted on 10 April 2018 as below:
“(10) The proposed air conditioning units shown for installation at the first floor level, are to be installed at a location that cannot be viewed from the adjoining properties to the satisfaction of the Manager Development Services.”
