  • Proposed Use - A ‘Residential Building’ is classified as an “AA” (discretionary use) within the residential zone under Town Planning Scheme No. 1.
  • Car Parking - The proposed use results in a shortfall in on-site car parking of 9 bays in accordance with Council’s Parking Policy (LPP23). While 1 bay has been provided for each of the 9 units, the parking policy requires 2 bays being required for each unit containing 2 bedrooms.
