The Town has received a development application for Additions (Residential, Habitable ensuite room addition). The application proposes an extension to the existing dwelling in addition a new patio at the rear of the property.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
Length of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the north-west (side) boundary is proposed to have a length of 15.9 metres. This is inclusive of the existing house and proposed addition. The Residential Design Codes permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 15 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
