  • Average Height of Boundary Wall – A boundary wall to the south western boundary in common with 33 Canterbury Terrace is proposed with an average height of 3.1 metres above natural ground level, in lieu of an average height of 3.0 metres as permitted under Council’s Local Planning Policy – Boundary Walls.
