This workshop is focused specifically on Major Projects and Infrastructure.
Each workshop group decides on their rules of engagement at the beginning of the process. This group's rules of engagement are:
- During voting consensus would be achieved at 66% or greater.
- Elected members taking part during the workshops may participate with full rights (the group maintain an option to review this at any time).
- Staff members taking part in the workshops may participate with full rights (subject to no conflict of interest).
