In 2021, the Town of Victoria Park proposed to make the Waste Disposal Local Law 2021. This local law was to repeal and replace clauses 38 through to 48 (inclusive) of the Town of Victoria Park Health Local Law 2003.
Public consultation was conducted between 13 May and 25 June 2021.
Following the consultation period changes were required. These changes were considered significant and therefore the Town must restart the local law making process.

The public submission period is now closed and outcomes will be presented to Council.
