Lot 30 on Diagram 10509 being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 2001 Folio 175;

Lot 488 on Plan 2609 being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 2001 Folio 177; and

Lots 131 & 132 on Deposited Plan 45782 being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 2229 Folio 747

Buyer: Fabcot Pty Ltd ABN 55 002 960 983

Consideration: $3,821,000 excluding GST

Market Value: $2,500,000 excluding GST
