Homelessness Action Plan 2026-2030

The Town of Victoria Park’s Draft Homelessness Action Plan 2026-2030 sets out how the Town will support people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity over the next five years.

Developed with input from people with lived experience, community stakeholders and service providers, the Plan also aligns with state and national homelessness strategies.

Guided by compassion, inclusion, and collaboration, the Plan focuses on strengthening local support and ensuring people can access help when they need it.

What is happening now?

The draft Homelessness Action Plan 2026-2030 is open for public comment from 21 August – 11 September via the survey at the bottom of this page.

We encourage our community to read the draft plan before giving feedback.
