The Town has received a development application for Change Of Use from ‘Showroom’ to ‘Consulting Rooms’.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
Car Parking - The proposed ‘Consulting Rooms’ use results in a shortfall in on-site car parking of 6 bays from the former approved ‘Showroom’ use. While 3 bays were required for the former ‘Showroom’ use, 9 bays are required to be provided for the proposed ‘Consulting Rooms’ use on site to comply with the Town’s car parking requirements.
