The Town has received a development application for the demolition of the Hillview Clinic Building, at the above listed property. The Hillview Clinic Building, constructed in 1968, is one of a number of buildings on the Edward Millen Home (fmr) site. The site is listed on the State Register of Heritage Places. The purpose of the demolition is to allow for the future redevelopment of the Edward Millen Park.

 

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the proposed demolition. Please see below a map indicating the location of the Hillview Clinic building that is proposed to be demolished.
