The Town has received a development application for a two storey additions to an existing Single House. The application proposes to build an additional storey to the existing dwelling.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Building Height – The Residential Design Codes permit the proposed dwelling to have a maximum wall height of 6.0 metres and maximum ridge height of 9.0 metres. The dwelling is proposed to have a 6.7 wall height and 8.3 ridge height.
