At its Meeting of 19 November 2019, Council resolved that a Temporary Property Sales Suite be approved on a time limited basis for 12 months at the above-mentioned property.
Town has received an application to extend the approval time frame by a further 12 months.
In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following:
- Proposed Use - The proposed development is for a proposed use which is not listed under Town Planning Scheme No. 1 and is therefore classified as an “Unlisted Use”.
