In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following matters:
- Boundary Setbacks – The Residential Design Codes prescribes the minimum setback distance of buildings from boundaries other than the street. The application proposes a variation to the setback of the following wall:
- Ground Floor Laundry to Master Suite length of wall – 1.5 metres setback required to the south western boundary in common with 14 Clydesdale Street, 1.0 metre to 1.5 metres setback proposed.
