  • Car Parking - The proposed development proposes a shortfall in on-site car parking of 4 bays. While 24 bays are required to be provided to comply, 20 bays have been proposed. The car parking bays are shared between the existing shop at No. 12 Archer Street and No. 50 Planet Street.
