In accordance with Local Planning Policy – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following matters:

  • Primary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback of 1.5 metres from Devenish Street with an average setback of not less than 6.0 metres. The application proposes a setback to Devenish Street of 1.0 metres minimum and 7.5 metres average.
