  • Primary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback for a carport of 1.5 metres from McMillan Street with an average setback of not less than 6.0 metres. The application proposes a setback to McMillan Street of 1.0 metre minimum and 5.15 metres average.
